Refills require an appointment. Appointments can be performed through TELEHEALTH throughout Montana. Telehealth patients must have access to a blood pressure cuff and scale for their visits to assist with assessment.
MOBILE visits also available. Additional $25 fee for mobile visits within the greater Helena and Clancy area. If you are outside of these city limits, please call to coordinate your visit and know that additional travel fees may apply if you are outside of the service area.
Labs may need to be checked initially and intermittently to monitor status and are not included in the monthly cost.
Oral, injectable, and IV nutrients such as Lipo and B-12 are available to support your weight loss journey and help mediate some side effects. Self inject your medications in the comfort of the own home. Once on a stable, established regimen, a 3-month supply can be provided.

MicroNeedling without or with PRP
MicroNeedling can be performed with or without Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). PRP involves drawing blood just before the procedure, separating the PRP from your own blood cells, and then applying it back onto your skin during the procedure. This procedure has many benefits including stimulation of collagen and elastin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, tightening and firming skin, improving moisture retention, enhancing skin tone, smoothing texture, improving the appearance of scars and spots, and plumping the skin. Typical areas treated include the face, neck, chest, and hands. Numbing cream is applied for the procedure for comfort.
Regular sessions :
$250 without PRP and $300 with PRP.
Superficial treatments for age spots:
$200 without PRP and $225 with PRP.

Sclerotherapy is the Gold Standard treatment for spider veins. Sessions are charged per vial of Asclera used which is $150 each and takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Touch ups are often needed 3-6 weeks needed after the initial treatment. Most patients need 2-4 treatments.

OFFERING ULTA LAB SERVICES
We have partnered up with Ulta Labs to offer cost effective lab options for ourestablished clients. Lab Draws are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and may incur an additional travel fee.
**Non-established clients can utilize this service on a first come, first serve basis but must purchase their labs through us directly. Please note, if there are a large number of labs to be drawn, we reserve the right to charge fees above and beyond those charged by Ulta Labs on our behalf due to the significant amount of time and care needed to properly collect, prepare, separate, process, and preserve numerous specimens prior to transport.
**Transport and processing times vary by the lab and must be planned accordingly. Delays occur at times and specimens may not arrive to the specific labs on time, so they may need to be redrawn. We are not responsible for these problems as samples are often taken to a nearby lab and then divided up and sent out to 2-7 additional labs for processing.
